针对苏丹3/7区原油物性、Moleeta油含量和水含量多变的特点,对管道停输安全性问题进行数值模拟计算。该管道平均油温最低的站间是PS4-PS5站间,亦是最早出现触变段且最危险的站间。以该站间为研究对象,分析了季节变化、Moleeta油含量变化以及PS1-PS2站间管输原油的含水率在0~7%变化时,对停输过程中管输原油触变段长度和平均温度的影响规律,进而得到管道在不同条件下的最大安全停输时间:输送M25W0原油、M15W0原油和M5W0原油时,平均地温最高的8月份比平均地温最低的2月份分别长169.4h、120.7h和118.4h;管输原油中Moleeta油含量增加,PS1-PS2站间原油含水率在低于原油乳状液“转相点”的范围内增加,都有助于提高管道的停输安全性。
Aiming at the characteristics of crude oil physical properties, Moleeta oil content and water content in Block 3/7 of Sudan, the safety problems of pipeline transportation are numerically simulated. The lowest average temperature of the pipeline between stations is PS4-PS5 stations, is also the first occurrence of thixotropic section and the most dangerous stations. Taking this station as the research object, when the seasonal variation, the change of Moleeta oil content and the moisture content of crude oil transported between PS1-PS2 stations vary from 0 to 7% The average temperature of the law, and then get the maximum safe pipeline shut down time under different conditions: the delivery of M25W0 crude oil, M15W0 crude oil and M5W0 crude oil, the average maximum temperature in August than the average minimum temperature of February were 169.4h, 120.7 h and 118.4 h, respectively.
