过去我矿锻造φ100与φ120潜孔钻机三角超前刃钻头(图1)的方法是:下直径φ80~φ90的坯料经加热、锻两端圆、分成三角、气割φ48凹塘部分、再加热、进模予锻、切边、进模终锻、切边等11道工序,需予锻和终锻几套模具,工序繁杂,劳动强度大,生产效率低,成本高。φ100与φ120超前刃三角钻头材质为40Gr,坯料规格φ55,使用400公斤或560公斤空气锤进行锻造。
