In order to identify the inertia and impact loads acting on the support sections and racks of large quarrying equipment, field tests were conducted on the vibrations of the KKД-1500/180 gyratory crusher frame. Measurements were made using a CM-2 electromagnetic seismometer mounted on a flange on the middle of the crusher frame (see illustration). The results of collating the measured data show that the main test point (B) of the crusher vibrates in the vertical direction without load, with amplitude Z = 0.045 mm and period T_z = 0.75 sec. When the number of crushing cone revolutions is 80 rpm, the frequency ω corresponding to the T_z cycle = 8.4 seconds -1 corresponds to the calculated frequency of the disturbance inertial force. Furthermore, according to the vertical displacement of the crusher frame, the load on the anchor bolt of the crusher is determined. Because the crusher flip inertial force, causing stress in the anchor bolt, so the anchor bolt elongation and distance
