随着城市住宅特别是高层建筑的日益增多,对空心板的需要量也越来越大,显然,空心板的质量及成本将直接影响建筑物的质量和造价甚至于使用效果.而目前各预制构件厂预制空心板,多采用装拆侧板和活动墙头的单块生产工艺.这种方法,生产效率低,对构件的外形尺寸难于保证,场地利用率也不高.本文介绍的工具式多用组合钢模,一次可生产多块空心板而且板的长度、宽度(孔数)可按需要进行调整,产品尺寸准确,楞角方正,表面平整.
With the increasing number of urban residences, especially high-rise buildings, the demand for hollow slabs is also increasing. Obviously, the quality and cost of hollow slabs will directly affect the quality and cost of buildings and even the effect of their use. The prefabricated hollow slabs of the component factory mostly adopt the monolithic production process of assembling and disassembling the side plates and moving wall heads. This method has low production efficiency, and it is difficult to guarantee the overall dimensions of the components, and the site utilization rate is not high. The tool type used in this paper is multi-purpose. Combination of steel mold, can produce multiple pieces of hollow board at a time and the length, width (hole number) of the board can be adjusted as needed, the product size is accurate, the square corners are square, and the surface is flat.
