目的:探讨“补益阳明津气”延缓初老雌性大鼠卵巢机(?)老的机理。为促进绝经前期妇女健康,延缓绝经前期卵巢机能衰老,防治相关病证,提供一种新的研究与论治思路,并为(?)相关方药提供药效学依据。方法:4~6月龄雌性大鼠为正常对照组;10~12月龄,阴道细胞学表现动情期延长的雌性大鼠(?)为被老大鼠模型。模型动物随机分为益胃汤高剂量组、益胃汤中剂量组、益胃汤低剂量组、己烯雌酚组、模型对照组、六味地(?)组;灌药4周后,断头处死,取左侧卵巢检测卵巢流式细胞双标百分比。结果:与模型对照组比较,益胃汤可使卵巢流式细(?)标百分比降低。结论:实验研究提示,益胃汤具有抑制卵巢细胞凋亡的作用,这可能是其延缓卵巢机能衰老的机理之一。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the mechanism of “Yiyangmingjinqi” to delay the ovariectomized age in the old female rats. To promote the health of premenopausal women, postpone the premenopausal ovarian function aging, prevent and treat related disease permits, provide a new research and treatment ideas, and provide pharmacodynamic basis for related prescription drugs. Methods: Female rats aged 4-6 months were normal controls; female rats aged 10-12 months of age whose vaginal cytology showed prolonged estrus were used as old rats. Model animals were randomly divided into high-dose Yiweitang group, Yiweitang middle-dose group, low-dose Yiweitang group, diethylstilbestrol group, model control group, Liuweidi (?) group; 4 weeks after the injection, the rats were killed by decapitation. Take the left ovary to detect the percentage of ovarian flow cytometric double-labeling. RESULTS: Compared with the model control group, Yiwei Decoction can reduce the percentage of ovarian flow fine (?) markers. Conclusion: Experimental studies suggest that Yiwei Decoction has the effect of inhibiting ovarian cell apoptosis, which may be one of the mechanisms that delay the ovarian function aging.
