调查了沈阳地区的两种土类三种不同土壤和玉米、高粱、大豆的VA菌根的侵染率。结果表明:土壤磷素水平(包括全磷和速效磷)明显影响VA菌根侵染率,磷素水乎最低的棕壤侵染率最高,而磷素水平较低的草甸土侵染率次之,磷素水平较高的草甸土侵染率最低。玉米和高粱的侵染率高于大豆。玉米不同生育期VA菌根侵染率是有差别的,似乎存在与玉米代谢强度有关的二个高峰,即拔节期和吐丝期为侵染高峰。分期播种玉米使其同一生育期处于不同的气象条件,结果看出气象条件对VA菌根没有明显的影响。大豆生育期不同品种的VA菌根侵染率表现出差别,早熟品种侵染高峰来得早,而晚熟品种的后期浸染率有比早熟品种高的趋势。
The infection rates of VA mycorrhizal in two soils of different soil types and maize, sorghum and soybean in Shenyang area were investigated. The results showed that: the soil phosphorus levels (including total phosphorus and available phosphorus) significantly affected the rate of VA mycorrhizal infection, the highest phosphorus content of the lowest brown soil infection rate, while the lower the level of phosphorus in the meadow soil infection rate Secondly, the soil with the highest level of phosphorus had the lowest soil infection rate. Maize and sorghum have higher rates of infection than soybeans. VA mycorrhizal infection rates at different growth stages of corn are different, there seems to be two peaks associated with the metabolic intensity of corn, that is, the infiltration peak and jointing stage. The VA mycorrhizal infection rates differed at different growth stages of soybean. The peak of infiltration of early-maturing varieties came earlier, while that of late-maturing varieties was higher than that of early maturing varieties.
