分析化学的主要趋势包括小型化的样品制备和快速的运行时间来提供高通量的筛选、快速的过程监测以及快速的方法已经形成。本文主要研究了窄孔径气相色谱毛细管柱(内径为0.18mm)在啤酒分析中的应用。这类毛细管柱与常规的气相色谱管柱(内径在0.32到0.53mm)相比,分析速度更快。同时其稳定性,高分辨率等性能也已经在对啤酒风味化合物(例如低级或高级醇、酯、其他挥发性化合物如乙醛、二甲基硫化物等)的分析过程中得到肯定。此方法能够减少60%的样品运行时间。
Major trends in analytical chemistry include miniaturized sample preparation and rapid run-time to provide high-throughput screening, rapid process monitoring, and rapid methods have been developed. In this paper, the application of narrow pore size gas chromatography capillary column (inner diameter of 0.18mm) in beer analysis has been studied. This type of capillary column is faster than conventional GC columns (0.32 to 0.53 id). At the same time, its stability, high resolution and other properties have also been affirmed in the analysis of beer flavor compounds (such as lower or higher alcohols, esters, other volatile compounds such as acetaldehyde, dimethyl sulfide, etc.). This method reduces sample run time by 60%.
