为开展螺杆泵井过环空测试,研制了一种新型的螺杆泵井产出剖面测井仪器。阐述了该仪器的结构、特点、主要技术指标及其工作原理。它采用柔性连接结构,将温度、压力、磁定位、流量、含水率等5个测量参数设计在不同的短节上,使仪器能够顺利地通过螺杆泵井口和测试通道。仪器的弯曲部分采用特殊工艺,挠性好、载荷强度高,具有较高的耐温、耐压指标。含水率测量部分根据测试对象采用阻抗式和过流式2种方式,在扩大仪器测量范围的同时,相应地提高了含水率的测量精度。在大庆油田2口井的现场应用都取得了较好的实验效果,证明该仪器对螺杆泵井动态监测有重要的作用。
In order to carry out the annular test of the screw pump well, a new type of screw-pump well profile logging instrument has been developed. The structure, characteristics, main technical indexes and working principle of the instrument are expounded. It uses a flexible connection structure, the temperature, pressure, magnetic positioning, flow rate, water content and other five measurement parameters in the design of a different short section, so that the instrument can smoothly through the screw pump wellhead and test channel. Curved part of the instrument using a special process, good flexibility, high load strength, high temperature and pressure indicators. Moisture content measurement part based on the test object using impedance and over-current two ways, while expanding the measurement range of the instrument, the corresponding increase in the measurement accuracy of moisture content. The field application of two wells in Daqing Oilfield has achieved good experimental results, which prove that the instrument plays an important role in the dynamic monitoring of screw pump well.
