结合在建的白浪河大桥及摩天轮工程,研究了超大直径变截面无轴式摩天轮与桥梁施工的关键技术,介绍了摩天轮施工的安装过程;采用MIDAS/Gen软件对无轴式摩天轮支撑体系进行模拟,结果表明:在考虑不同工况下,支撑结构杆件应力比控制在0.85以内;节点最大位移均小于H/500(H为高度),满足GB50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》的要求。通过现场施工与计算模拟研究,分析大直径无轴式摩天轮的施工安装的变形,保证桥梁施工的安全。
Combined with the construction of the Bai Langhe Bridge and the Ferris wheel project, the key technologies of the construction of super-large-diameter, variable-cross-section, non-shaft ferris wheels and bridges are introduced, and the installation process of the Ferris wheel construction is introduced. By using MIDAS / Gen software, The results show that under different conditions, the stress ratio of the support structure bars is controlled within 0.85; the maximum displacement of the joints is less than H / 500 (H is the height), which meets the requirements of GB50017-2003 Steel Structure Design Code Request. Through on-site construction and calculation simulation study, the deformation of construction and installation of large-diameter shaftless Ferris wheel is analyzed to ensure the safety of bridge construction.
