分层教学主要是针对学生的个体差异,在促进不同学生的不同发展的目标下而采用的教学方法,这一方法早在孔子的“因材施教”中已有涉及。分层,主要还是要进行学生学习结果表现出来的层次上的划分,通过划分层次,让教师采取不同的教学办法,以不同层次的教学内容进行针对教学,以此来提高每一个层次学生的数学知识水平,达到良好的数学教学效果。
