本文以木质纤维FI400C和国内另外一种混凝土专用木质纤维为例,运用平板抗裂法对两种木质纤维在混凝土中的抗裂性进行对比试验。研究发现,FI400C木质纤维不增加配方的需水量,在水中易分散,可以显著提高混凝土的抗裂性。同时发现木质纤维对混凝土的吸水率和抗压强度基本没有影响,并分析阐明了木质纤维对混凝土抗裂性性能影响的机理。同时本文对比研究了PP纤维与FI400C在泡沫混凝土中的分散性和抗裂性对比试验,与PP纤维对比,FI400C具有更好的分散均匀性,同时FI400C在泡沫混凝土中同样具有出色的抗裂性,更为重要的是可以降低泡沫混凝土的干容重,对泡沫混凝土的其他物理性能基本没有影响。
In this paper, we take wood fiber FI400C and another kind of special wood fiber for concrete in our country as an example to compare the crack resistance of two kinds of wood fiber in concrete by the method of flat plate cracking. The study found that FI400C wood fiber does not increase water demand of the formula, easy to disperse in water, can significantly improve the concrete crack resistance. At the same time, it was found that the wood fiber has no influence on the water absorption and compressive strength of concrete, and the mechanism of the influence of wood fiber on the crack resistance of concrete was analyzed. At the same time, the comparative study of PP fiber and FI400C in the foam concrete dispersion and crack resistance comparison test, compared with the PP fiber, FI400C has better dispersion uniformity, while FI400C in foam concrete also has excellent crack resistance , More importantly, can reduce the dry bulk density of foam concrete, foam physical and other properties of the concrete had no effect.
