采用分子量分级、极性分析、光谱分析方法,研究了市政污泥水溶性有机物(DOM)在蚯蚓堆肥前后的变化特征。结果表明,蚯蚓处理后污泥DOM中<300 D的组分含量高出对照组污泥6.50%,>8 000 D的组分则少了56.25%;疏水性组分比例高出对照组50.76%。光谱分析表明,试验组中均存在羧酸、芳香族物质等,且蚯蚓处理后污泥DOM的蛋白质含量、分子量降低,多糖和芳香族物质含量增加。荧光光谱显示原始污泥中含有大量蛋白质和腐殖质,经过90 d降解生成色氨酸、酪氨酸等物质,且处理组腐殖化程度高于对照组。
Using molecular weight fractionation, polarity analysis and spectral analysis methods, the characteristics of municipal sewage sludge dissolved organic matter (DOM) before and after earthworm composting were studied. The results showed that the content of <300 D in the DOM of earthworm sludge was 6.50% higher than that of the control group, 56.25% less than> 8 000 D and 50.76% higher than that of the control group . Spectral analysis showed that there were carboxylic acids and aromatics in the test group, and the protein content, the molecular weight and the content of polysaccharides and aromatics in DOM decreased after earthworm treatment. Fluorescence spectra showed that the original sludge contained a large amount of protein and humus. After 90 days, tryptophan and tyrosine were degraded, and the degree of humification in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.
