目的探讨乳头体中神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)与多发性脑梗死的关系。方法建立多发性脑梗死动物模型,用一氧化氮合酶组织化学方法结合显微图像分析观察大鼠乳头体神经元型一氧化氮合酶变化。结果 MCI术后4h实验组大鼠乳头体nNOS阳性神经元数量与平均灰度值(43.09±3.95,183.69±3.80)均大于正常对照组(39.33±2.27,179.70±2.60)(P<0.05)。结论乳头体nNOS神经元与多发性脑梗死密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) and multiple cerebral infarction in the nipple. Methods The animal model of multiple cerebral infarction was established. The nitric oxide synthase histochemistry and microscopic image analysis were used to observe the changes of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in rat papillary body. Results The number of nNOS positive neurons and the average gray value (43.09 ± 3.95,183.69 ± 3.80) of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the normal control group (39.33 ± 2.27,179.70 ± 2.60) (P <0.05) 4 h after MCI. Conclusion The nipple nNOS neurons are closely related to multiple cerebral infarction.
