The nutrient solution culture method was used to study the effects of nutrient solutions with different ratio of ammonium to nitrate on the absorption and accumulation of several main mineral nutrients in tobacco. The results showed that the dry matter mass of tobacco leaves, stems and whole plant increased with the change of ammonium to nitrate ratio from 10: 0 to 0:10 at the same condition of other nutrient forms and concentrations, but the dry matter mass of tobacco roots showed an inverted parabolic curve , Reaching the maximum value (2.31 g) with ammonium to nitrate ratio of 5: 5. The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and zinc in the whole plant reached the maximum when the ratio of ammonium to nitrate was 7: 3, while the contents of potassium, magnesium, copper and manganese increased significantly with the increase of nitrate nitrogen. The ratio of calcium to ammonium was 3: 7 reached the maximum; the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus, calcium and zinc in the whole plant increased with the increase of the proportion of nitrate nitrogen, reached the maximum value at 3: 7, and the accumulation of potassium, magnesium, copper and manganese increased with the increase of nitrate The proportion of nitrogen increases with the increase. Nitrogen and phosphorus ratio changed from 10: 0 to 7: 3, the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in tobacco leaves increased with the increase of the proportion of nitrate nitrogen, which reached the highest when ammonium nitrate ratio was 7: 3, and potassium, magnesium, copper , While the content of Mn increased with the increase of the proportion of nitrate nitrogen. However, the ratio of ammonium to nitrate with the maximum calcium content was 3: 7, but the total zinc content decreased with the increase of the proportion of nitrate nitrogen. The accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus, calcium, zinc and other leaves reached the maximum value when the ratio of ammonium to nitrate was 3: 7, while the accumulation of potassium, magnesium, copper and manganese increased with the decrease of ammonium to nitrate ratio.
