将“光譜分析法”应用于口腔科,作为牙体及牙周組織的研究工具和手段,还是近几年的事。国内有关这方面的报导不多,故愿将我們的初步研究成果供同道們参考及指正。人类的牙齿是机体的一个組成部分,与机体的代謝亦密不可分。人类由于居住地区、飲食条件、年龄等不同,牙齿中各种无机盐的含量也各异。患病者,特别是齲病及牙周病患者,牙齿中无机盐的含量也有改变。牙齿中的矿物代謝与齲病及牙周病的发生和发展有密切关系。因而首先研究成人无病变恒牙中,无机物之成分及其含量之正常值,进而研究齲病及牙周病时,其病理生理学的变化,是向齲病及牙周病作斗爭的一部分重要工作。
