目的探讨津力达颗粒对1型糖尿病大鼠脂代谢及氧化应激的影响及其作用机制。方法采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)60 mg/kg腹腔注射后制备1型糖尿病模型。取造模成功的糖尿病雄性SD大鼠35只,随机分为模型组、津力达组(0.75,1.5,3.0 g/kg)和沙格列汀组(1 mg/kg),每组7只。并另设正常对照组。各组均灌胃给药,给药体积均为10 ml/kg,其中糖尿病模型组和正常对照组予等体积0.5%CMC-Na。连续给药8周后检测血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量以及丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性。结果同模型组相比,津力达组大鼠血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇显著降低,而高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇显著升高,血清超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性显著升高,丙二醛含量明显降低。结论津力达颗粒能有效降低STZ诱导的1型糖尿病大鼠的血脂,并提高机体抗氧化能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jinlida granules on lipid metabolism and oxidative stress in type 1 diabetic rats and its mechanism. Methods Streptozotocin (STZ) 60 mg / kg intraperitoneal injection preparation of type 1 diabetes model. A total of 35 diabetic SD rats were randomly divided into model group, Jinlida group (0.75, 1.5, 3.0 g / kg) and saxagliptin group (1 mg / kg), with 7 rats in each group. And another set of normal control group. Each group was intragastric administration, administration volume was 10 ml / kg, diabetic model group and the normal control group to an equal volume of 0.5% CMC-Na. Serum levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) and malondialdehyde (MDA) Dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity. Results Compared with the model group, the serum cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein - cholesterol of the Jinli Da group were significantly decreased, while the levels of high density lipoprotein - cholesterol were significantly increased. The levels of serum superoxide dismutase, hydrogen peroxide Enzyme activity was significantly increased, malondialdehyde content was significantly reduced. Conclusion Jinlida granules can effectively reduce the blood lipid of STZ-induced type 1 diabetic rats and improve the body’s antioxidant capacity.
