为了减少频域光学层析成像(spectral domain optical coherence tomography,SDOCT)中的噪声干扰,应用相位偏移干涉技术消除SDOCT系统中的自相关噪声与虚像.分析了主要影响因素位移标定误差对噪声消除的影响.通过载玻片实验指出五相位偏移法对压电陶瓷晶体(PZT)相位偏移位移标定误差最不敏感.在10%的移相误差下,五相位偏移法使载玻片成像图中自相关项的强度仍然接近于0并使虚像信号的强度在0.25以内.离体兔眼角膜实验结果验证了三相位以上(含三相位)的相位偏移方法能够同时消除虚像及自相关噪声,且在实验过程中避免了实虚像重叠及等光程点的设置.
