[目的]研究结肠癌及其癌旁组织中Paxillin和ABCG2表达水平及其临床病理意义。[方法]54例结肠癌和30例癌旁组织手术切除标本常规制作石蜡包埋切片,Paxillin和ABCG2染色方法为EnVision免疫组化法。[结果]结肠癌Paxillin和ABCG2表达阳性率及其评分明显高于癌旁组织(P﹤0.01)。Paxillin和/或ABCG2表达阳性的癌旁组织呈轻至重度不典型增生。无淋巴结转移、未侵犯浆膜层及临床分期A+B的病例Paxillin和ABCG2表达阳性率明显低于低分化、淋巴结转移和侵犯浆膜层及临床分期C+D的病例(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01);高分化腺癌Paxillin表达阳性率及其评分明显低于中分化或低分化腺癌(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01);结肠癌中Paxillin和ABCG2表达水平呈正相关(r=0.52,P=0.000)。[结论]Paxillin和ABCG2表达与结肠腺癌发生、临床生物学行为及预后有密切关系,Paxillin和ABCG2阳性表达者进展快、易发生转移、侵袭能力强及预后不良。
[Objective] To study the expression of Paxillin and ABCG2 in colon cancer and its paracancerous tissues and their clinicopathological significance. [Method] Paraffin-embedded sections were obtained from 54 cases of colon cancer and 30 cases of adjacent tissues. Paxillin and ABCG2 staining methods were EnVision immunohistochemistry. [Results] The positive rates and scores of Paxillin and ABCG2 in colorectal cancer were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues (P <0.01). Paracancer tissues with positive expression of Paxillin and / or ABCG2 showed mild to severe atypical hyperplasia. The positive rates of Paxillin and ABCG2 in cases without lymph node metastasis, noninvasive serous layer and clinical stage A + B were significantly lower than those with poorly differentiated, lymph node metastasis and serosal invasion and clinical stage C + D (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The positive expression rate of Paxillin in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in moderately differentiated or poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma (P <0.05 or P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between Paxillin and ABCG2 in colorectal carcinoma (r = 0.52, P = 0.000). [Conclusion] The expression of Paxillin and ABCG2 is closely related to the occurrence, clinical biological behavior and prognosis of colon adenocarcinoma. Paxillin and ABCG2 positive expression are fast progressing, metastable, invasive and poor prognosis.
