阐明缺血性脑血管病(ischemic cerebrovascular diseases,ICVD)分子机制研究进展,探讨目前临床上中药抗ICVD的作用机制,为临床合理用药及相关创新药物研发提供思路。中药在治疗缺血性脑血管病方面取得较好疗效,但对其治病分子机制研究相对较少,而阐明其分子机制是了解其发挥功能的基础。目前,临床治疗药物大多是针对单一致病机制研发,没有考虑疾病病程发展,致使某些药物应用有一定局限性。因此,采用适合分子机制研究的脑缺血动物模型,从分子机制探索中药抗脑缺血的机制,可能是行之有效的方法。还应加强药物多成分之间药效、时效、量效及其机制相关性的研究,为有效开发创新药物提供依据。
To elucidate the molecular mechanism of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases (ICVD), and to explore the mechanism of action of anti-ICVD in clinical practice, and provide ideas for the rational use of drugs and the research and development of related innovative drugs. Chinese medicine has a good curative effect in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, but its molecular mechanism of treatment is relatively few, and elucidating its molecular mechanism is to understand the basis of its function. At present, most of the clinical treatment of drug development for a single pathogenic mechanism, did not consider the disease course of development, resulting in the application of certain drugs have some limitations. Therefore, exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine against cerebral ischemia from the molecular mechanism may be an effective method to adopt the animal model of cerebral ischemia which is suitable for molecular mechanism research. Should also strengthen the drug multi-component efficacy, aging, quantitative and mechanism-related research, to provide an effective basis for the development of innovative drugs.
