本文通过对西藏中小学在体育教学过程中是否运用体育游戏来对比教学效果,得出在中小学体育教学中应加大体育游戏的分量和难度,提高游戏的质量,创造游戏的思考性、参与性和趣味性;提高教师的职业素养、专业和娱乐技能,让教师与学生更好的融入到游戏中来。
This article compares the teaching effects of whether to use sports games in primary and middle schools in the process of physical education in Tibet, and concludes that in primary and secondary schools, the weight and difficulty of sports games should be increased, the quality of the games should be improved, the thinking and participation of games should be created Sex and fun; improve teachers’ professionalism, professional and entertainment skills, so that teachers and students better integrate into the game.
