将微量Ce添加到7085铝合金中,采用金相分析、硬度测试、力学性能拉伸、断口扫描、能谱分析等手段,研究了添加Ce后对7085铝合金铸态组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加Ce后,Ce元素在固液界面前沿富集,出现成分过冷,使二次枝晶间距缩小,细化铸态结晶组织;Ce的添加,Zn和Mg元素在晶界偏聚情况不再明显,由晶界向基体转移,使基体中合金元素增多,造成畸变能和应变能增加,为弥散相析出提供了能量条件;添加Ce后,合金抗拉强度变化不大,塑性明显提高,提高了7085铝合金的综合性能。
The addition of trace Ce to 7085 aluminum alloy was studied by means of metallographic analysis, hardness test, mechanical tensile test, fracture scanning and energy spectrum analysis.
