目的探究患儿接种百白破疫苗出现不良反应后使用马铃薯外敷所产生的临床效果。方法接受疫苗接种患儿102例,按照接种顺序分成对照组及观察组,每组51例。对照组患儿给予硫酸镁(浓度50%)湿敷,观察组患儿红肿热痛局部皮肤外敷新鲜马铃薯片,观察比较两组患儿的接种部位局部红肿热痛消退起效时间和接种部位局部红肿热痛完全消退时间。结果观察组患儿接种部位局部红肿热痛消退起效时间为(1.92±0.42)d,明显短于对照组的(2.93±0.51)d,比较差异具有统计学意义(t=10.92,P<0.05)。观察组患儿接种部位局部红肿热痛完全消退时间(3.23±0.73)d,明显短于对照组的(4.52±0.33)d,比较差异具有统计学意义(t=11.50,P<0.05)。结论在患儿接种百白破疫苗出现不良反应后使用新鲜马铃薯片外敷,能够有效缓解不良反应症状,加速恢复过程,减轻患儿痛苦。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using potato external application after adverse reactions of children vaccinated with Baibabu Tablet. Methods 102 cases of children receiving vaccination were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of vaccination, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was given wet deposition of magnesium sulfate (50% concentration), and the observation group was given fresh potato slices with topical skin irritation. The onset and the onset of local redness and thermal pain relief at the inoculation site of the two groups were observed and compared Inflammatory pain completely subsided time. Results The onset time of subdural pain in local infants in observation group was (1.92 ± 0.42) d, which was significantly shorter than that in control group (2.93 ± 0.51) d, the difference was statistically significant (t = 10.92, P <0.05 ). The local subsidence time of local inflamed pain in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (3.23 ± 0.73) d (4.52 ± 0.33) d, the difference was statistically significant (t = 11.50, P <0.05). Conclusion The application of fresh potato chip in adverse reactions caused by the adverse reactions of Baibai broken vaccine in children can effectively relieve the symptoms of adverse reactions, speed up the recovery process and relieve the pain of children.
