实验在急性实验条件下的10只兔身上进行,同时测定血清胰岛素、皮质醇和尿中VMA在手术后的变化;並对四只犬进行同样的观察。结果:手术后,家兔尿中的VMA含量逐渐升高,由9.0±3.02μg/ml升至23.4±6.78μg/ml,p<0.01;血清中的胰岛素含量则逐渐降低,由60.5±14.52μu/ml降为42.4±14.09μu/ml,P<0.05。犬的上述激素的含量变化与兔相反。兔和犬血清中皮质醇平均含量均有升高的趋势,但无统计学意义。表明兔在急性实验时儿茶酚胺的分泌增加,胰岛素的分泌减少,是导致其血糖浓度进行性升高,产生糖尿现象的激素机制。
The experiments were performed on 10 rabbits under acute experimental conditions, and the changes of serum insulin, cortisol and urine VMA after surgery were also measured. The same observation was performed on the four dogs. Results: After operation, the content of VMA in rabbits increased gradually from 9.0 ± 3.02μg / ml to 23.4 ± 6.78μg / ml, p <0.01. The serum insulin level decreased gradually from 60.5 ± 14.52μu / ml to 42.4 ± 14.09 μu / ml, P <0.05. Dogs in the above hormone content changes and rabbits the opposite. The average serum cortisol levels in rabbits and dogs showed an increasing trend, but not statistically significant. That rabbit acute experimental catecholamine increased secretion of insulin secretion decreased, leading to its progressive rise in blood glucose levels, resulting in a hormone mechanism of diabetes.
