摘要 高职院校旅游管理专业为完成应用型人才培养目标一般会安排学生到酒店实习，然而实习过程中的许多问题会影响实习目标的实现。对实习过程中存在的一些问题进行分析和探讨，并提出相应的对策。

Abstract Tourism management specialty of vocational colleges usually arrange the students practice to the hotel for achieving the application talents goal. However many questions have affected the practice goal realization in practice process. The article analyzes some questions which exists in the practice process, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure.
