对19例难治性肺结核病人血清T_3,T4,TSH及甲状腺~(131)Ⅰ吸收率进行了测定。结果表明,结核病人T_3,T_4较对照组明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05),而TSH明显高于对照组,差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。提示对伴有甲状腺机能低下(甲低)的肺结核病人,在抗结核治疗的同时给予相应的抗甲低治疗,增强各脏器的代谢功能,以减少药物毒性反应和增强机体自身免疫与修复功能。
The levels of T_3, T4, TSH and thyroid 131 Ⅰ absorption in 19 patients with refractory pulmonary tuberculosis were measured. The results showed that the levels of T_3 and T_4 in tuberculosis patients were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), but TSH was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Prompt for patients with hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) in patients with tuberculosis, anti-tuberculosis treatment given at the same anti-hypoglycemic treatment, enhance the metabolic function of various organs to reduce drug toxicity and enhance the body’s autoimmunity and repair function .
