我国西部地区地域辽阔、自然资源丰富、人口众多,在实施西部大开发前,由于历史和自然条件的影响,西部地区资源开发程度较低。随着西部大开发的快速推进,人力资源开发与社会经济发展不平衡的问题凸显,加快西部地区尤其是少数民族地区的人力资源开发,显得十分迫切。为此,本文结合西部民族地区人力资源结构特点,从教育培养、人才激励、用人机制、医疗改善等方面提出了少数民族人才培养的对策。
The western region of our country has a vast territory, rich natural resources and a large population. Before the implementation of the western development, due to historical and natural conditions, the development of resources in the western region was relatively low. With the rapid development of the western development, the issue of imbalanced human resources development and social and economic development highlights that it is imperative to speed up the development of human resources in the western region, especially in ethnic minority areas. Therefore, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating minority nationalities from the aspects of education and training, talent motivation, employment mechanism and medical care improvement in light of the characteristics of human resource structure in western minority areas.
