通过对加州大学圣迭戈学院临床与转化研究所愿景使命、组织机构、教育培训、资金资助、研究协作等方面的介绍,为我国转化医学的建设发展提供参考。我国的转化医学研究刚刚起步,应该抓住机遇,充分借鉴国外成功经验,政府提供经费保障,规范建设流程,重视培训教育,人才培养,构建高效交流合作平台。 Through the introduction of the mission, organization, education and training, funding support and research collaboration of the Institute of Clinical and Translational Research of the University of California, San Diego, to provide reference for the construction and development of translational medicine in China. The research on translational medicine in our country has just started. We should seize the opportunity and draw lessons from the successful experiences of other countries. The government provides financial support, standardizes the construction process, attaches importance to training and education and personnel training, and builds an efficient exchange and cooperation platform.
