本文主要围绕电子设备安装架刚性连接中易出现的磨损和点蚀问题,结合工作条件,对电子设备在试验和使用中受力情况进行了理论分析;并根据材料的属性,分析了点蚀形成的原因。针对存在的问题,在安装架刚性连接部位,确定了解决方案,设计了V形条和V形垫板,增加侧向约束,限制设备侧向自由度,减少安装板和设备底板结合面的磨损,降低对摩擦力的依赖;改变接触件材料,减少金属离子融合概率,提高了电子设备的可靠性。
