运用传统的铸造工艺设计方法对铸钢件立式磨动臂的铸造工艺进行了初步设计,利用V-Cast模拟软件,对立式磨动臂初始工艺的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,分析了初始工艺产生缺陷的部位和原因。在此基础上,通过增加冒口尺寸、增设冷铁和改变内浇道位置,优化了铸造工艺,对优化工艺再次进行了模拟。结果显示,优化工艺实现了立式磨动臂的顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松等缺陷。
The casting technology of the vertical grinding arm of the cast steel was preliminarily designed by using the traditional casting process design method. The initial solidification process of the vertical grinding arm was simulated by V-Cast simulation software, and the initial The parts and causes of defects in the process. On the basis of this, the casting process was optimized by increasing the riser size, adding chill iron and changing the location of the gate, and the optimization process was simulated again. The results show that the optimization process achieves the orderly solidification of vertical grinding arms and eliminates defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage.
