本文报告应用国产 MIBI 药盒制备的~(99m)Tc-MIBI 做心肌静息断层显像53例的结果,初步评价该法对心肌梗塞的诊断效能。正常对照组17例,男8例,女9例,平均年龄43.4岁。心肌梗塞组36例,男32例,女4例,平均年龄58.6岁。其中急性心肌梗塞17例,陈旧性心肌梗塞16例,两者兼有者2例,无 Q 波心肌梗塞1例。诊断心肌梗塞的总灵敏度为88.8％,诊断急性心肌梗塞的灵敏度为100％,诊断陈旧性心肌梗塞的灵敏度为72.2％。特异性为76.4％。
This paper reports the results of 53 cases of myocardial resting tomography using ~ (99m) Tc-MIBI prepared by domestic MIBI kits, to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of this method for myocardial infarction. Normal control group of 17 cases, 8 males and 9 females, mean age 43.4 years. 36 cases of myocardial infarction group, 32 males and 4 females, with an average age of 58.6 years. 17 cases of acute myocardial infarction, 16 cases of old myocardial infarction, both in both cases, no Q wave myocardial infarction in 1 case. The total sensitivity of the diagnosis of myocardial infarction was 88.8%, the sensitivity of diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction was 100%, and the sensitivity of diagnosis of old myocardial infarction was 72.2%. Specificity was 76.4%.
