北京家用电器研究所经过三年的研究、设计,并与北京七○六厂密切配合,试制成功一台GC25型精密高速自动冲床。9月22日至23日在轻工业部和电子工业部共同主持下通过了技术鉴定。这台冲床为高精度高速自动冲床。其冲次可在100～400次/分范围内无级调节。行程高度可在8～40mm范围内调节。滑块运动由三根导柱导向,具有良好的导向精度,可确保冲压产品质量,提高模具寿命。该机设有自动送料装置、清擦涂油装置及自动放卷(放料)装置,送料节距也可无级调节。这台冲床的使用性能比较完善,能方便地完成调速、计数及点动、单次和连续冲
After three years of research and design, Beijing Household Electrical Appliances Research Institute cooperated closely with the Beijing No. 706 Factory and successfully produced a GC25 precision high-speed automatic press. From September 22nd to 23rd, the technical appraisal was passed under the joint chairmanship of the Ministry of Light Industry and the Ministry of Electronics Industry. This punch is a high-precision high-speed automatic punch press. Its stroke times can be adjusted steplessly in the range of 100 to 400 strokes/minute. The slider movement is guided by three guide posts and has good guiding accuracy, which can ensure stamping product quality and improve die life. The machine is equipped with an automatic feeding device, a cleaning oiling device and an automatic unwinding (discharging) device. The feeding pitch can also be adjusted steplessly. The use performance of this punching machine is relatively perfect, and it can conveniently complete the speed regulation, counting and jog, single and continuous punching.
