【目的】探讨16层螺旋CT血管造影(SCTA)对颅内动脉瘤的诊断及临床应用价值。【方法】采用16层SCTA,应用容积重建(VR)技术、多平面重组(MPR)、三维表面遮盖法重建(SSD)等后处理软件诊断对本院自2010至2012年43例临床怀疑颅内动脉瘤疾病患者进行影像学诊断。【结果】43例蛛网膜下腔出血患者均应用16排螺旋CT血管造影,38例发现动脉瘤,包括后交通动脉瘤21例,前交通动脉瘤12例,颈内动脉虹吸部3例;其中2例位于动脉分叉部位动脉瘤可疑,38例患者行DSA追踪随访,最终35例确诊动脉瘤,3例未见明显动脉瘤,准确率达92.1%。【结论】SCTA可以作为颅内动脉瘤筛选的首选影像学检查方法。“,”[Objective]To explore the clinical value of 16-slice spiral CT angiography(SCTA) in the diag-nosis of intracranial aneurysms .[Methods] The 16-slice SCTA ,volume rendering (VR) technology ,multi-planar reconstruction(MPR) and three-dimensional surface shaded reconstruction (SSD) post-processing soft-ware were used for the imaging diagnosis of 43 patients clinically suspected as intracranial aneurysms in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 .[Results]The 16-slice SCTA was performed in 43 patients with subarachnoid hem-orrhage .Among them ,38 patients were diagnosed as aneurysms including 21 cases of posterior communicating aneurysm ,12 cases of anterior communicating artery aneurysm and 3 cases of internal carotid artery siphon . Two patients were suspicious aneurysm located on artery bifurcation .DSA was performed for the follow up of 38 patients .Finally 35 patients were diagnosed as aneurysm .No obvious aneurysm was found in 3 patients . The accuracy rate was 92 .1% .[Conclusion] SCTA can be used as the first choice of the imaging method for screening intracranial aneurysm .
