针对套管井短源距全波测井方法进行了缩小模型井的实验模拟。采用石英砂和水泥等配制出具有一定速度和密度的地层试块,按照相似性准则制作了缩小模型井和换能器。测试结果表明:实验波形与理论波形具有一致的规律性;声源的频率特性对全波波形具有显著影响;当套管与地层之间存在间隙时,导波存在明显的持续振荡现象,该特征对于采用短源距全波测井方法进行固井水泥胶结质量的评价具有重要意义。
Aiming at the short-source and full-wave logging method of cased hole, experimental simulation of narrowing model wells was carried out. Quartz sand and cement were used to prepare stratigraphic test blocks with a certain velocity and density. According to the similarity criterion, miniaturized model wells and transducers were fabricated. The test results show that the experimental waveform has the same regularity with the theoretical waveform. The frequency characteristics of the sound source have a significant effect on the full-wave waveform. When there is a gap between the casing and the formation, there is a significant continuous oscillation of the guided wave. It is of great significance to evaluate the cementing quality of cementing cement using short-source full-wave logging method.
