目的探讨品质管理圈活动在病案社会化服务中的应用效果。方法选择2012年9月至12月出院患者随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组采取常规工作,试验组建立品管圈,通过品管圈活动进一步优化病历复印相关知识宣传工作流程,比较两组患者对病历复印相关知识的知晓率和工作满意度。结果试验组患者对病历复印相关知识的知晓率和工作满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用品管圈活动对出院患者实施病历复印相关知识的宣传讲解,可以提高病案社会化服务质量,提升病案对外服务的工作满意度。
Objective To explore the application of quality management circle in social service of medical record. Methods Patients discharged from September 2012 to December 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group took the routine work, the test group established the quality control circle, and the quality control circle further optimized the work flow of knowledge-based medical record copying, comparing two Group awareness of medical records on the knowledge and job satisfaction and job satisfaction. Results The rate of awareness and job satisfaction of patients in trial group was significantly better than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of QA activities to disseminate the knowledge about patient medical records in discharged patients can improve the social service quality of medical records and enhance the job satisfaction of medical records service.
