为适应时代的发展要求,人力资源教育培训与管理工作已经从过去的经验管理时代、科学管理时代走到了“以人为本”的文化管理时代。现代企事业单位面临的最大挑战,是人力资源能力的较量,是人才数量和质量的比较,是如何用科学的人力资源教育培训与管理制度来确保人力资本增值的问题。本文从人力资源管理角度方面概括了我国人力资源管理的现状,提出了进行人力资源管理的办法和措施,以应对现代社会发展的要求。
In order to meet the requirements of the development of the times, education, training and management of human resources have gone from the era of experience management and the era of scientific management to the age of cultural management of “people-oriented”. The biggest challenge faced by modern enterprises and institutions is the contest of human resource capacity, the comparison of the quantity and quality of talents, and the question of how to ensure the appreciation of human capital with the scientific system of human resources education and training and management. This article summarizes the current situation of human resource management in our country from the perspective of human resource management and puts forward the methods and measures for human resource management in order to meet the requirements of modern social development.
