国家经贸委4月10日在上海召开的全国经贸法制工作会议上,重点研究和部署了进一步加快试行企业总法律顾问制度的工作。这是我国企业应对入世后企业法制建设的需要,是提升企业国际竞争力的需要,正如许多法学家比喻的那样,法律将会成为企业应对日益增多的贸易战的有效的“钝”武器。 On April 10, the State Economic and Trade Commission held a working conference on economic, trade and legal affairs in Shanghai to focus its research and deployment on further accelerating the trial of the general counsel of enterprises. This is the need of our country’s enterprises to meet the needs of building an enterprise legal system after China’s accession to the WTO. It is a need to enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises. As many legal scholars call it, the law will become an effective “blunt” weapon for enterprises to deal with the ever-increasing trade war.
