为了让多品种小批量生产经营企业在日益激烈的市场竞争环境下,具有一席之地,并得到长期发展。首先,要求企业在深刻认识和了解当前多品种小批量生产主要特点的基础上,尽力降低调试过程中产品的报废率。其次,要注重标准化工作,它有利于缩短设计、制造周期。再次,要强化过程控制与全面质量管理。最后,要不断提高员工综合素质。通过综合考虑并做到上述这些,可以建立或者优化多品种小批量生产经营中的质量管理系统,让企业始终处于良性发展状态。
