在连铸实验装置上,以低熔点Pb-Sn-Bi合金和硅油分别模拟钢液和保护渣,对施加双条形电磁场作用前后结晶器内钢液流动规律进行了试验研究。结果表明:双条形电磁场作用能够控制弯月面的波动和水口区域的流动状态,对改善连铸坯表面及内部质量具有良好的作用。
In the continuous casting experimental device, the molten steel and mold flux were simulated by low melting point Pb-Sn-Bi alloy and silicone oil, respectively. The flow of molten steel in the mold before and after the application of double-bar electromagnetic field was tested. The results show that the double strip electromagnetic field can control the fluctuation of meniscus and the flow state in the nozzle area, which has a good effect on improving the surface and internal quality of the slab.
