在柴油机电控蓄压式喷油系统的开发过程中,为了实现喷油量和喷油压力的柔性控制,对影响喷油量和喷油压力的因素进行了全面分析之后,将共轨燃油压力和电磁阀通电时间的调节作为喷油量和喷油压力的电控实现途径。将模糊控制理论应用于共轨燃油压力的闭环控制过程中,根据电控蓄压式喷油系统与柴油机的匹配需要,确定了喷油量的控制策略。进行了喷油系统与柴油机的匹配实验,结果表明,该系统实现了喷油量和喷油压力的柔性控制。
In the process of diesel engine electric accumulator fuel injection system development, in order to achieve the fuel injection quantity and injection pressure of flexible control, the impact of fuel injection and injection pressure factors were analyzed, the common rail fuel pressure And solenoid valve power time adjustment as the fuel injection quantity and injection pressure to achieve the electronic control way. The fuzzy control theory is applied in the process of closed-loop control of common rail fuel pressure. According to the matching requirements of electronic accumulator injection system and diesel engine, the control strategy of fuel injection quantity is determined. The matching experiment between injection system and diesel engine was carried out. The results show that the system can realize the flexible control of fuel injection quantity and injection pressure.
