日前,国土资源部印发《关于进一步加强和改进执法监察工作的意见》(以下简称《意见》),具体从七个方面对加强和改进执法监察工作作出了安排和部署,强调构建常态化执法监察机制、严肃查处违法问题、规范执法监察行为、提升科技执法水平、加强执法监察能力建设、营造良好执法监察环境、落实协同推进工作机制。贯彻落实《意见》各项要求,还需要各级国土资源部门创新机制、严格监管、规范执法、履职到位。本期特邀国土资源部法律事务中心专家,结合实际谈谈落实《意见》应当把握的重点。构建常态化执法监察机制 Recently, the Ministry of Land and Resources published the Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving Law Enforcement Inspection (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”), specifically arranging and deploying the work of strengthening and improving law enforcement inspection from seven aspects, emphasizing the establishment of a normalized law enforcement inspection Mechanism, severely punish violations of law, standardize law enforcement supervision, enhance the level of science and technology law enforcement, strengthen law enforcement and supervision capacity building, create a good environment for law enforcement and supervision, and implement the work mechanism to promote synergy.
