COREX,MIDREX,电炉,薄板坯连铸连轧(CME流程)与德士古,HYL-III,电炉,薄板坯连铸连轧(THE流程)是二种钢铁生产新流程。比较了这二种流程140万t/a钢铁厂的设备组成、投入产出和经济效益,并分析其原因。THE流程能耗偏高,经济效益还不如CME流程,但TEXACO,HYL-III作为一种生产海绵铁的方法,尚有发展可能。
COREX, MIDREX, electric furnace, thin slab continuous casting and rolling (CME process) and Texaco, HYL-III, EAF, thin slab continuous casting and rolling (THE process) are two new processes for steel production. The equipment composition, input-output and economic benefits of the 1.4 million t / a steel plant in these two processes are compared and the reasons are analyzed. THE process energy consumption is high, the economic efficiency is not as good as CME process, but TEXACO, HYL-III as a method of producing sponge iron, there are still possibilities.
