目的比较川西高原地区多基源藏药蒂达的4种龙胆科植物(蓝玉簪龙胆、肋柱花、铺散肋柱花和椭圆叶花锚)中3种环烯醚萜苷类化合物(獐牙菜苦苷、獐牙菜苷和龙胆苦苷)在各部位中的分布。方法采用YMC-Triart C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇(A)-0.2%冰乙酸(B),梯度洗脱(0~40 min、20%~50%A),流速1 m L·min~(-1),检测波长240nm,柱温25℃。结果獐牙菜苦苷、獐牙菜苷和龙胆苦苷的线性范围均为0.0567~0.9756 mg·m L~(-1),回收率为97.88%~100.4%,RSD为1.43%~1.95%;3种环烯醚萜苷在4种植物各部位中的含量存在明显差异。结论所用方法可区分川西高原的4种龙胆科植物,可为其质量标准的制定提供依据。
Objective To compare the contents of three iridoid glycosides in the four genus Gentiana (blue gentian gentian, rib column, sparrow ribbed flower and oval leaf anchorage) Tooth bitter glycosides, swertia glycosides and gentiopicroside) in various parts of the distribution. Methods The mobile phase consisted of methanol (A) -0.2% glacial acetic acid (B) and gradient elution (0-40 min, 20% ~ 50) with a YMC-Triart C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, % A), flow rate 1 m L · min -1, detection wavelength 240nm, column temperature 25 ℃. Results The linear ranges of swertiarin, swellin and gentiopicroside were 0.0567-0.9756 mg · mL -1, the recoveries were 97.88% -100.4%, and the RSDs were 1.43% -1.95% The contents of three iridoid glycosides in all the four plant species were significantly different. Conclusion The method used can distinguish four kinds of gentian plants in the western Sichuan plateau, and provide the basis for the formulation of their quality standards.
