教育是培养人、造就人的社会活动.教师的教学过程是通过语言来完成的.教师要提高自身的教学水平,必由之路是加强科学文化知识修养,不断提高自身思想道德素质.教师道德修养就是职业道德的一种具体形式,也是社会道德在教师职业上的特殊表现.它对于形成教师的道德习惯和道德传统,起着重要作用.
