用自动进样HPLC法，考察了盐酸林可霉素及其有关物质，经模糊聚类分析，建立了评价其质量的数学模型，进行了模式识别，为2O00年版《中国药典》本品标准的修订提供依据。
Using automatic sample injection HPLC method, the lincomycin hydrochloride and its related substances were investigated. Based on fuzzy clustering analysis, a mathematical model to evaluate the quality of lincomycin hydrochloride was established and the pattern recognition was carried out. The model was established in 2O00 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” Revision basis provided.
