目的探究某企业职工对健康知识、行为的认知以及对健康教育的需求情况调查。方法对某机械加工企业400名职工进行资料调查,以问卷形式对其健康知识、行为的认知程度以及对健康教育的需求情况进行调查,调查内容主要包括职工对日常工作和生活过程中的健康相关因素的认知程度。结果教育前,共发放400份调查问卷,回收328份,回收率为82%,有效率为82%;400名员工对健康知识、行为的认知平均评分为(65.24±2.69)分,133名对健康教育有明确需求,占33.25%。教育后,共发放份调查问卷400份,回收388份,回收率为97%,有效率为97%;400名员工对健康知识、行为的认知平均评分为(86.83±2.14)分,394名对健康教育有明确需求,占98.50%。健康教育后员工对健康知识、行为的认知程度和对健康教育的需求情况优于健康教育前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虽然我国企业职工的总体素质有了很大的提高,但就当前企业职工对健康知识、行为以及对健康教育的需求情况而言仍然缺乏积极、主动的自我保护意识,所以对企业职工的健康教育工作亟待加强。
Objective To investigate the cognition of health knowledge and behavior of employees in a certain enterprise and the demand for health education. Methods A survey of 400 workers in a mechanical processing enterprise was carried out.
