金属丝网不仅能够有效提高水泥混凝土材料的抗侵彻、抗冲击性能,还可以起到减少裂缝等作用。本文在1~18GHz波段范围内研究了金属丝网增强水泥净浆的吸波性能,在10k Hz~1.5GHz频率内进行了金属丝网增强水泥砂浆的电磁屏蔽性能测试。结果表明,厚度为10mm时最大电磁波吸收率约为16d B,大于6d B的累计带宽有5.5GHz,30mm时最大吸收率约9d B,大于6d B的累计带宽有3GHz。钢丝网复合水泥砂浆具有良好的屏蔽效能:随着频率的增加,屏蔽效能逐渐增加。当频率大于450MHz时,屏蔽效能都大于8d B;镀锌钢丝网复合水泥砂浆最大屏蔽效能约16d B,而没有镀锌的能够达到20d B。
Wire mesh not only can effectively improve the anti-penetration of concrete materials, impact resistance, but also can play a role in reducing cracks. In this paper, the microwave absorption performance of metal mesh reinforced cement paste was studied in the range of 1 ~ 18GHz, and the electromagnetic shielding performance of metal mesh reinforced cement mortar was tested in the frequency of 10k Hz ~ 1.5GHz. The results show that the maximum electromagnetic wave absorptivity is about 16d B at thickness 10mm, 5.5GHz at 6d B, maximum 9d B at 30mm and 3GHz at 6mm. Wire mesh composite cement mortar has good shielding effectiveness: As the frequency increases, the shielding effectiveness gradually increased. When the frequency is greater than 450MHz, the shielding effectiveness is greater than 8d B; galvanized steel mesh composite cement mortar maximum shielding effectiveness of about 16d B, without the zinc can reach 20d B.
