目前上海的股份制企业一是工业企业为主:工业类31家.商业类13家,房地产类7家,公用事业类8家,综合类5家。二是以国有企业改制的为主:由全民所有制改制的有40家。三是以国家控股的为主:拥有国家股的企业有49家,其中44家由国家控股;在64家股份制企业的124.41亿元股本金中.国家股有81.55亿元,占65.55％。因此,上述三类企业是我们调查的重点,也是我们思考有关对策的基本依
At present, the first joint-stock enterprise in Shanghai is mainly industrial enterprises: 31 in industry, 13 in commerce, 7 in real estate, 8 in utilities and 5 in general. The second is the restructuring of state-owned enterprises: 40 are reformed by the ownership by the whole people. The third is dominated by state-controlled enterprises: there are 49 enterprises with state-owned shares, of which 44 are controlled by the state; among the 124.41 billion yuan of equity of 64 joint-stock enterprises, 81.55 billion yuan are state-owned shares, accounting for 65.55%. Therefore, the above three types of enterprises are the focus of our investigation as well as the basic basis on which we think about the countermeasures
