目的了解某铁路辖区德国小蠊对氟虫腈等5种化学杀虫剂的敏感性和致死效果,为防治工作提供理论依据。方法采用WHO推荐的果酱瓶药膜接触法。结果对高效氯氰菊酯抗性系数为2.17,对三氟氯氰菊酯抗性系数为2.87;三氟氯氰菊酯对某铁路辖区野生品系致死效果下降率最大(83.33%),其次为残杀威(46.67%)。结论应充分考虑德国小蠊对化学杀虫剂的抗性问题,要科学、合理地规划,有计划地使用化学杀虫剂,使用前要进行抗性测定。根据本次调查结果,在以后的蟑螂防治中要减少对三氟氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯的使用频次和使用量,谨慎使用残杀威。
Objective To understand the sensitivity and lethal effect of Blattella germanica on five chemical insecticides such as fipronil in a railway area and provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control. Methods The recommended jam jar drug film contact method. Results The resistance coefficient to beta-cypermethrin was 2.17 and that to cyhalothrin was 2.87. The decreasing rate of lethal effect of cyhalothrin to wild strain in a railway area was the highest (83.33%), followed by Propoxur (46.67%). Conclusion The resistance of Blattella germanica to chemical insecticides should be fully considered. It is necessary to plan, plan and use chemical pesticides in a scientific and rational manner and determine the resistance before use. According to the results of this investigation, it is necessary to reduce the frequency and amount of use of cyhalothrin and beta-cypermethrin in the future prevention and control of cockroaches, and prudence should be used.
