利用铺有 Matrigel的 Boyden小室观察抗CD9、抗CD42a、抗CD 63、抗TSP抗体对PG-CL3细胞侵袭作用的影响;采用流式细胞术观察2.5、10、20mg/L的川芎嗪、丹参酮ⅡA和50、500、1000 U/I。的水蛙素和凝血酶对 PGCL3细胞膜表面 CD9、CD42a、CD63、TSP表达的影响,观察川芎嗪、丹参酮ⅡA、水蛭素和凝血酶对人肺巨细胞癌PGCL3细胞表面血小板免疫相关抗原CD9、CD42a、CD63和TSP表达的影响,部分阐述各种药物对肿瘤粘附和侵袭影响的不同作用机制。结果抗CD9抗体明显增加 PGCL3细胞的侵袭,而抗CD42a、抗CD63、抗TSP抗体不同程度减少PGCL3细胞的侵袭。川芎嗪可使CD9+、CD42a+、TSP+细胞的数目减少,PGCL3细胞表面CD9的表达减少;丹参酮ⅡA使CD9的表达有所增加,CD63和 CD42a的表达有所下降,CD42a+、TSP+的细胞数目下降;水蛭素使CD9、CD63和CD42a的表达有所减弱,CD42a+、CD63+细胞的比例下降;凝血酶使CD9和CD42a的表达有所减弱,并使CD42a+的细胞数目减少。提示川芎嗪、丹参酮ⅡA、水蛭?

Ligustrazine can reduce the number of CD9+, CD42a+ and TSP+ cells and decrease the expression of CD9 on PGCL3 cells. Tanshinone IIA increases the expression of CD9, CD63 and CD42a decrease, and the number of CD42a+ and TSP+ cells decreases. The expression of CD9, CD63 and CD42a was weakened, and the proportion of CD42a+ and CD63+ cells decreased. Thrombin weakened the expression of CD9 and CD42a and decreased the number of CD42a+ cells.
