2000年是跨越世纪的一年。伴随着上海股市的上证指数突破2000点,上海产权市场2000年上半年度的交易额攀升至247.85亿元,一举超过1999年全年度的交易额。产权交易额是产权市场规模的重要标志。上海产权市场再创历史新高的跳跃发展势头,又一次成为社会关注的热点。上海产权市场的“亮点”作为上海资本市场一部分的产权市场,在交易额成倍增长的同时,逐步显现出对调整所有制结构和产业结构的促进作用。与往年相比,上海产权市场正在形成符合市场化要求的交易特点。——出让方、受让方多元构成,市场主体日趋活跃。
